And what an adventure it has been!
With employment law and HR degrees in hand, I jumped quickly into the dynamic Tech Start up / Scale up world. Over the last 10 years, I have operated as a Chief People Officer in hyper growth and widely international environments. My focus was turning culture and people strategy into a competitive advantage for the company.
With my teams, I've supported complex, hypergrowth organizations scale (i.e. 100-1500 people in 6 years) including the opening of dozens of countries (in Europe, North America, Asia and Middle-East) and multiple significant M&A.
Most importantly, I have had the privilege to support hundreds of people in their professional journey and to partner with inspiring Founders and Executive Team Members on an everyday basis.
With a true passion for self-development and fascination for the power of the mind, I've always pushed myself and others to reach for higher growth. On top of the immense personal benefits I have reaped from daily mindfulness practices and therapy work, I discovered the power of Coaching firsthand thanks to an Executive Coach provided by my last company.
I've come to realize that we can achieve the most impact by cultivating self-awareness, envisioning the future we desire, and feeling empowered to take action towards our goals.
That is the mission I'm dedicated to now and that's the new way I am supporting people as an Executive Coach.
